What We Believe

Statement of Faith

A summary of the core biblical convictions that guide Kalliergo Ministries.

We joyfully affirm the following convictions as a summary of what we believe the Scriptures clearly teach.

1. The Bible

We believe the Scriptures, consisting of the 66 canonical books, were fully and verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit in their original manuscripts. They are infallible, inerrant, and the sole authority for faith and practice.

2 Tim 3:16–17; 2 Pet 1:19–21

2. The Triune God

We believe in one living and true God, eternal, infinite, holy, and personal—existing in three distinct Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are one in essence, equal in power and glory.

Deut 6:4; Matt 28:19; 1 Tim 2:5

3. God the Father

We believe the Father is the Creator, Sovereign Ruler, and Sustainer of all things. He draws sinners to salvation, cares for His children, and governs the universe according to His wise and holy will.

Gen 1:1; John 6:37–40; Eph 1:3–5

4. God the Son – Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is eternally God the Son. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, and revealed His deity through His teaching and miracles.

He shed His blood as a substitutionary sacrifice for all humanity, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to the Father’s right hand, and intercedes for believers. He will rapture His church and later return to establish His kingdom.

Isa 7:14; John 1:1–14; 1 Cor 15:1–4; Acts 1:9–11; 1 Thess 4:16–17

5. God the Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is a divine Person active in creation, inspiration, conviction, regeneration, and sanctification. He indwells, seals, teaches, guides, and empowers believers, producing spiritual growth and fruit.

John 3:5–6; John 14:16–26; Rom 8:9–16; 1 Cor 12:4–13; Gal 5:22–25

6. Creation

We believe God created the universe in six literal days. Genesis 1–2 is a historical and accurate account of creation, and God sustains all things by His power.

Gen 1–2; John 1:3; Heb 11:3

7. Angels

We believe God created innumerable spiritual beings called angels. Lucifer rebelled and became Satan, leading many angels into rebellion. Elect angels serve God faithfully; fallen angels and Satan await final judgment.

Isa 14:12–14; Ezek 28:11–19; Heb 1:14; Rev 20:10

8. Humanity

We believe humans were created in God’s image, originally innocent, but fell through sin and became spiritually dead and totally depraved. All people are sinners by nature and by choice and need the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit.

Gen 1:26–27; Rom 3:10–23; Eph 2:1–3

9. Salvation

We believe salvation was planned by God, accomplished by Christ, and applied by the Holy Spirit. Through faith alone in the crucified and risen Christ, sinners are justified, regenerated, forgiven, and made children of God. Salvation is by grace and cannot be earned.

John 3:16; Rom 3:24–26; Eph 2:8–10; Titus 3:4–7

10. The Church

We believe the universal Church is the spiritual body of Christ composed of all believers in this age. The local church is a congregation of baptized believers who gather for worship, teaching, fellowship, evangelism, and the observance of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. The biblical offices are pastor and deacon. Each local church is autonomous under Christ.

Matt 16:18; Acts 2:41–47; 1 Cor 12:12–27; 1 Tim 3:1–13

11. Final Destinies

We believe believers immediately enter God’s presence at death and await the resurrection at the rapture. Unbelievers enter conscious punishment, and after final judgment are cast into the Lake of Fire. Both destinies are eternal and conscious.

2 Cor 5:1–10; 1 Thess 4:13–17; Rev 20:11–15

12. Church and State

We believe church and state are distinct institutions. Believers obey civil authorities unless commanded to act against Scripture. The state promotes social order; the church proclaims the Gospel and disciples nations.

Rom 13:1–7; Matt 22:21; Acts 5:29
